Where Saudi business grows -
your career grows with it.
AlHisabat is a small Saudi professional services firm with outsized ambition. We hire people who want real responsibility on real engagements - not five years of standardised junior work before touching client-facing substance. If you want to learn from senior partners, own files, and build a serious Saudi professional services career - we want to hear from you.
Four things different about working here.
Partner mentorship from day one.
Every associate works directly with a named partner on every engagement. You do not wait until senior manager level to see how partners think, negotiate, and decide. You see it on week one.
Real files. Real responsibility.
Our engagement teams are small by design. By your second year you will be drafting disclosures, leading fieldwork, and sitting across the table from client CFOs - not photocopying workpapers and watching senior associates from a distance.
Saudi market depth.
ZATCA, SOCPA, SAMA, GOSI, Qiwa, Ministry of HR - we train you on the regulatory landscape that actually governs Saudi business. Our clients are Saudi SMEs. Our work is Saudi market work. It is not a global template translated for this market.
Serious professional development.
SOCPA exam support, structured continuing professional development, secondment opportunities with allied firms regionally. We pay for qualifications and we give you time to study for them.
A Saudi firm, staffed by Saudis -
as policy, not as tokenism.
AlHisabat is committed to a Platinum Nitaqat classification and a Saudi national headcount well above the HRSD minimum for our sector. We believe Saudi professional services should be led by Saudi professionals - and we invest accordingly. Our partner track is open to Saudi nationals who demonstrate the technical depth and client judgement the work demands.
SOCPA exam sponsorship.
Full sponsorship of SOCPA professional qualification for all Saudi nationals on our graduate and associate tracks - including study leave and external course fees.
Structured partner track.
A documented 10-to-12-year path from graduate to equity partner for Saudi nationals who hit the professional and commercial milestones along the way.
Regional secondments.
Secondment opportunities with allied firms in the Gulf and beyond - for Saudi associates who want international practice exposure without leaving the Kingdom permanently.
Two years. Three practice rotations. One path to partnership.
Our graduate programme is structured around three six-month rotations across our practice lines, with a final six months in the practice you want to specialise in. SOCPA exam support runs throughout. Compensation is benchmarked against Big-4 Riyadh graduate bands, with performance-linked progression.
Months 1-6: Assurance
IFRS application, audit methodology, workpaper discipline. Exposure to 4-6 different client engagements in your first rotation.
Months 7-12: Tax & Regulatory
Zakat, CIT, VAT, WHT, ZATCA filings, transfer pricing basics, Phase 2 e-invoicing integration engagements.
Months 13-18: Advisory
Management accounting, budgeting, cost programmes, board-pack preparation. Exposure to M&A and restructuring work as capacity allows.
Months 19-24: Specialisation
Choose your practice line, sit SOCPA final examinations, convert to associate on completion.
Three practice tracks.
Depth over breadth.
